The Stones, Hendrix, Cream, Credence Clearwater for a few.
There was one Country song that Hanoi Hanna used to play to get our goats, it was " The Green Green Grass of Home".
You know, the one that went " down the lane I look and there runs Mary, I know that she's no cherry". The Righteous Brothers , Unchained Melody always got me too when I was over there....

I am the drummer / producer for the band JUSTIN SEINE out of
Boston. We have a song called BAYONET that is used around here
at the VFW halls because of it's storyline. It was written by my
partner who is a Marine. If your interested you can e:mail me and
i'll send you a copy of the cd and you can use it. ( trust me you won't be disappointed ) I did have it up on my Australian site 'til
recently so i'd have to hook you up with a copy. I can ship it real
quick ( i have UPS and Fed-Ex capabilities ) OR since I didn't
notice anyone else mentioning it ......
Charlie Daniels Band... Still in Saigon .... PEACE !!!

Just a quick thought here that is not intended for you inbred, but how in the hell can some of you guys post what song reminds you of Viet Nam if they were not there, or were not even born before it was all over ?????
..UNPHUCKING BELIEVEABLE ...!!!!!
Like I mentioned inbred, I do not intend this for you as you are gathering information you need for a project, but I see that many of the persons that answered your question were not even BORN when Viet Nam was going on...DUHHHH !!

Jimi Hendrex-Purple Haze
The Doors-The End , definitely and there are a few others.
Black Sabbath-Iron Man and maybe War Pigs.
Bob Dylan, the old stuff.
Led Zepplin, again the older stuff
Moody Blues, believe it or not.
Jefferson Airplane
The Who, old stuff
Deep Purple
Far-out man, I seem to be remembering the 60's and 70's. I thought those brain cells were long gone.
