Day one of week #1
Ok all you fellow fat bastards......today is Day 1 of week #1 for me....
....Maya woke me up around 4:30am to take a leak....so I decided to stay up and head to the gym.....I think that I will keep up the routine of going to the gym in the mornings instead of the evening....
....anyhow, here is the plan.....I will weigh in each Monday morning after I wake up and post my morning schitt......I weigh buck naked as well.....I use a digital scale which is accurate to 1/10th of a pound....I will head to the gym and do some carido and some weights for about 1-hr each morning....I am going to significantly change my diet to the following:
Breakfast = 1 bowl of Cheerios w/ bananas
Lunch = Salad w/ chicken and chease and a soup side
Dinner = meat/fish with eggs
so.....my benchmark weight is:
Week #1 weigh in totaled 265.2-lbs
My end goal is to lose at least 25-30-lbs before the wedding (April 28th).....and to tone up in the process as well.....I also want to create a habit so that I do not gain this weight back in the near future....
I wish all you fellow fatties the best of luck.....
...oh yeah....speaking of beer....I will not cut it out completely....I will average about 2-3 bottles per work week....but I am switching to Heinekin Premium Light.....

Speaking of beer, I'm trying to cut it down to just my 12-pack on Wednesday nights... damn that league!
This is going to be a very difficult contest, I'm already a week down and don't think I lost (weigh night tonight) plus I've got a Vegas & Reno trip before the end of the contest. Valentine's Day didn't help either as the potential little lady made me brownies...
Oh well, 5 weeks to bust ****!

As a baseline calorie counting weeki I ate EXTREMELY like crap & it shows; I'm up t 189 today.
On the bright side I started working out tonight. My sister & her kids came over & for an hour we alternated working on the treadmill, bike, rowing machine & stepper. I took it relatively easy since she had her daughters working with us (9 & 11). While working out we were giving them instructions on proper work out technique as well as fat vs muscle (not surprisingly they didn't know that muscle weighed more than fat).
