Good.

His son (when he was murdered) was older than mine...when mine was born. Mine was born 8 weeks premature and is perfectly normal and 10 lbs now. Bring out the hangin' rope.

Ahhh . . . I see none of the replies so far are from left coasters . . .

Yes, he got the death penalty (deserved I agree) however, remember, as you are gleefully stating kill him now, that this is the left coast.

As I type this, the jury members (three of them so far) are yacking in front of the press. Unlike some states, we allow such stupidity to happen. Anything they say, regardless of what it is or the reasons behind it, can only help Petersen's appeal.

And speaking of appeal, this will be brought before the infamous 6th circuit, who routinely overturn death sentences when they are not trying to have the Pledge of Allegiance removed from schools and removing the word God from anything ever written.

Also, since CA "re-instated" the death sentence in 1978, only 11 folks have been executed, with over 600 still in line awaiting sentence to be carried out.

Petersen will most likely die of old age before he would ever be executed . . . so it's all rather academic at this point.

Hopefully when he's sent off to "Con College", some well-meaning inmate will knock him off and save the taxpayers a bundle.

He's a POS in my book.

yep, heres to hoping that Scott spends his remaining days getting cornholed by his bull queer cell mate before someone shanks him with a sharpened toothbrush in the showers.

Hey I resemble that remark!

Last guy on CA death row to die was there for 21 years. Scott will be a very old man before the state carries out it's sentence.

CA's death penalty is here to appease the 47% of us who are sane. The other 53% would rather keep vermin like this guy alive.

Hopefully, someone will go Dahmer on his @ss in prison, so there is a chance for swifter justice... (Dahmer got his head bashed-in with a shovel, I believe)

Time for fishing is right, dont forget the cut bait...er...Peterson.

The delay is unfortunate though, but I guess he gets his shot at appeals.
