Christmas Cards are....
We dont do the card thing either. Always get a few, but after never sending any out they usually stop sending.
The wife an I have a no gift policy. I get her nothing and she buys me the same. Spend to much on the damn kids.
Although a couple years ago, I did buy her a new broom and wrapped it for X-mas. It was what she asked for. Luckily she has a sense of humor.

cards suck. Nothing worse than getting those xmas cards with someones homely kids and a small life story. My gf sent out like 50 cards so far to people all over the country. People she hasnt seen in years but we HAVE to send them a card. This year i was forced to scribble my name on all of them.

I like cards... then I know which relatives are still living. Hard to keep track of them. Plus, they are great way to help my fat mailman slim down. Either that or give him a heart attack from the extra load... either way, I'm happy.

I send and receive cards. I am a horrible correspondent and once a year I figure its nice to let people know I'm still among the living and find out that they are too. But y'all are right, card sending is mostly a "chick thing". No one in my husbands family would even know where he was if it wasn't for me!!
With the advent of e-mail, however, I have been sending fewer and fewer cards and more and more e-greetings.
Happy Holidays everyone!! :santa: Now send me your addresses so I can send you each a card...
