Too much Light from uncoming vehicles

BJ hates lights on cars above 1 candle power.
Everyone is flaming him...most meant to be funny & lighthearted.
BJ ignores the flames and asks what color the 1 candle powered light should be....yellow.
(oh and an occasional comment thrown in about poorly maintained manhole covers and railroad crossings)
In the end you come to the conclusion that BJ is on a singled minded mission to darken the highways and everyone else is going...."huh?"

Fog Lights
I read through about half of these posts. This is what I have to say on the subject.
If you need to have your Fog Lights on to see on a clear night get your eyes checked or stop driving becuase your going to cause an accident. If you run with them on because you think your cool...your not. It just irritates other drivers.
If there is fog or rain then fine.
I drive up and down highway 63 in Northern Alberta a lot. It's 300km long. Most of us are considerate enough not to have them on but there are a few who feel like they have to.
When the cops dish out tickets for that it will be a happy day!
