looks like a nice system. Just pray you NEVER have to call their tech support, unless you speak broken english. My buddies dad grew up in india and couldnt understand the guys they had working for dells support. Ive since stopped recommending dells to my clients. Pretty sweet setup being able to go through Navy exchange tho.

I agree, they are extremely hard to understand but my old computer was an HP and their support was just as bad. I'm not convinced there is a manufacturer in the world that has their customer service and support facilities based in the US. Just do what I do, when I get someone on the phone that I truly cannot understand I politely say "I'm sorry, but I am having a lot of difficulty understanding what you are saying because of your accent. Would it be possible for you to connect me with someone who can speak clearer English please." I figure it is my right, after all the money I just handed them for this machine I should be able to at least understand them when I call for support. It works and eventually you'll get someone on the phone you can mostly understand.

Gateway still does, last I heard anyways. If not, I'll just build my own next time.
