In appearance it was a tie.

Both sides avioded answering question, which I felt were some of the stupiest questions for a debate. Thats CBS news for you.

Now, Kerry stating he sponsered 56 bills in the senate.

Come on, he signed on to join 4 and only brought 1 that he authored in his entire 20 year career.

Kerry said he will not seat judges that will over turn the laws of the constitution that our judges have made. Which is it John, dont want judges making constitutional laws or what, I cant tell.

Kerrys cute little story about the assult weapons ban and when he was in Iowa a sheriff told him about a bust that the dealer had a AK47 on the bed.
Only problem is for the time he stated this took place the ban was still in effect. So Bushs pushing for it to be extended would not have helped that situation.

Kerry bringing up Chaneys daughter was BS too. No need to attack his kids, and besides, she does not support gay unions being called marriage either.

Bush might not have been the perfect debater but Kerry was just plain full of ***** most of the time.

Oh, and his health care plan. He said is not government health care and that anyone who wants it will will or can buy into it.
Duh John, the problem seems to be the people cant afford to buy health care now, but John will now make all the plans that are offered to our government reps available for people that cant afford it. Comforting John, next step will be that he will pick up the tab for those who cant afford his plan.

Wow, came to that conclusion before the debate was even over. Little biased there?

I gave up after 30 minutes. Kerry is boring and spews repetitive BS while avoided some questions. Bush stumbles with simple words and has that look like he wants someone to take the leash of him so he can tear into Kerry all while avoiding some questions.

There are too many rules and generic questions in these debates. They really need to get follow up questions based on what Bush/Kerry say and they need to learn it's okay to stray from the program schedule. More like an interrogation. Get the 2 of them to start using their brains for on the spot answers instead of pre-canned answers. That will be much more insightful to both undecided voters and decided voters.

I remember the ban on snowmobiles in Yellowstone park during the Clinton years. Kerry wants to re-instate that, and who knows how much farther he will go! It seems to me that companies like yours in my area are doing pretty darn good! Maybe it's different in your area, I don't know. If you hunt, ride snowmobiles, ATV's, etc. you had better vote for Bush. If Kerry wins, just see what happens and i'll say I told you so!
I am well aware of this, and I was tricked into believing it in 2000. Al Gore is going to ban my ATVs and public land will be closed. He's going to take my guns and my hunting rights. I bought into it before and now I hear the same thing about Kerry. I'm not getting fooled twice. It turns out that Bush is the one that took my ATV riding privileges. First, public land continues to close (Yellowstone exception) because Bush really doesn't care about people riding ATVs. He is not going to take time to open new land or fight the enviro freaks to keep existing land open. In the Clinton years I rode ATVs every weekend at big riding events around Missouri. Friends and I would ride during the week locally and we literally rode the wheels off our machines. Traveling 300 miles one way for a ride was no problem in prosperous times on cheap gas. In the past four years, riding has been almost non-existent. Many of my riding buddies had to sell their ATVs just to make it through. Others still have their ATVs but are working double time to have less than they had before. Bush didn't ban my ATVs but he still took them away. I'm afraid another four years will take away our guns, since no one will have enough money to buy them.

I'm not going to tell you to vote for Bush, since I'm not even going to, but I wouldn't expect John Kerry to wave his magic wand and make everything better.

The final debate was very, very close.
Bush had some oppurtunities to take the advantage but, he let them slip away.
It was almost too close to call.
I scored it 51 - 49 Kerry.

I completely agree... Both of their running-mates would make far better candidates in my opinion. I felt this was the weakest in both substance and style of the three debates, as both are beginning to get a little boring and repetative. Bush stumbles around like a kid with his feelings hurt while Kerry bores us with his 'plan to do better' with little or no details on how it will actually be implemented or paid for. I'd give the nod to Debuya just because he didn't clearly loose as he has before. On substance, and talking points it was pretty close to a draw. Debuya was clearly more on the attack last night then he was previously, which many will appreciate, while it will turn others off. Bush (in my opinion) came across as the more 'likeable' of the two thru the three debates. Kerry clearly has come across as the more intelligent of the two. IMO, the more likeable candidate usually wins. (Look at how many on here claim to relate to him because they 'saw a picture of him in a Ford pickup!') If this was Bush vs. John Edwards or Wesley Clarke, I think the democrats would have won decisively, as the majority of Kerry's votes seem to be coming from those voting against Debuya. (To be fair, if this was Kerry vs. Cheney, I'd emagine the republicans would win decisively aswell.) It's going to be an extremely tight race similair to 2000 where voters vote for the lesser of two evils once again.

I don't argue with 19 year olds who will be votign for the first time, and who- for the most part, is either doign what their family thinks is popular or following the bandwagon.

Experience life, pay some bills, take care of a family; then we'll re-engage; say- the 2012 elections?

I'll be 43 then- and you'll be 27.

And no, I couldn't see anything that may be implanted in my brain; can you see what's in front of you?

Bush = Puppet.
Cheney = Puppet Master.

I dont think the debates really matter that much most people already know who they are voting for. As far as the people the cant make up thier minds go... well if they cant make thier minds up by now they are never gonna make them up.

If your an undecided voter in this election you have got to be dumb deaf and blind. The choices are pretty clear there is very little muddy water to sift through with these two candidates.

Sounds like we need a 'Parrot Poster' award as well...

It is your loss...

And I am not voting for Bush because anyone else has told me. I was on debate team for my highschool all four years, and as such, developed a great interest in researching things before I decide. I am sure you are not blindly making your decision, just as I am not. Its all in where you get your evidence. Quid pro quo, you give something when you attempt to gain something. Point in case, trying to discover which candidate is better suited for our nation. I have discovered that information out there is very biased, on both side, not just one. That is why I look into what both parties are saying, try to get past the spin, and get to what the issues really are.

Evidently you have decided not to respond, based on my age alone. Truth of the matter is, I have seen many my age with more wisdom than those of great age. Not very often I must admit, but age is only in your mind. Some on here who proport their elder age over mine, seem to end up resorting to ad hominem instead of attacking the issues that I bring up. I can see that you are the same way.

Actually there are many more adults that follow the bandwagon when it comes to voting then do those who may be 18 or 19.

Just ask 10 people who are voting for Kerry and ask them why they will, for the most part, tell you because he is better then Bush. When you ask why is that many of them will tell you:

"cause..."

Sad...
