Every time I drive down the expressway I see some prototype car.

Yesterday I saw 3 new mustangs (1 v-6 and 2 Gt's)
Today I see 2 more mustangs, with testing equipment all over them. Antennas, computer mounted on the dash etc...
Last week I see 2 Ford Gt's cruising down the expressway.

And of course I'm driving the Grand Cherokee instead of the lightning.

Usually I see the cars or SUV driving around with cammo on them (think of a hood bra for the entire car).

I need to call up ford and tell them I'll be a test driver. I'd love to get ahold of a Ford GT for a day or better yet a weekend.

Ya there's been a million times I wish I had the Camera
with me. But of course here in NY we don't get to see those test
vehicles like you do. SO YA GOT DAM IT, GET US SOME PICTURES WILL YOU

Auto magazines pay big bucks for first shots of prototypes of new production vehicles, so yeah, start carrying that camera, maybe you'll see the new L sometime.

 

where is the gen 3 going to be made?

the mustangs are made in dearborn, Mich. (metro detroit area) so those are all over the place.

Toyota is going to build a test track in fowlerville (small hick town about 20 minutes from Lansing).

 

Got to run/drive/see the '05 Mustang GT this weekend
at IRP SVTOA event, and that is one sweet loking ride.

The real GT was there again ... I am still resisting driving / riding
in it because I pretty much know I would HAVE to have one!!!

Here's an idea. I dont normally carry a camera with me. Well, recently I got a new cell phone that has a camera. I did'nt buy the phone for the camera but since it's already there and I always carry my cell phone .......... we lets say that I always carry a camera now.
