I was thirty once...

Trust me, not that big a deal.

Soon you'll look back on this age and wish you were this young again.

Enjoy it, do not lament it.

Boy, ain't that the truth! Now I have a daughter who's 30.

Thing is, I don't think I'm over 30 until I look in the mirror...I try to avoid mirrors.

I know (remember) what you mean.... 30 was always touted as a BIG number and had me all bent outta shape when it was approaching.....I decided to take a motorcycle trip to Florida and camp on the beaches for 3 weeks while it all passed. Believe me, if you're lean, mean and got a good tan, the chicks won't ask your age!!!!!
Of course, I can barely remember that now..... I'm 55 today! still lean, not as mean and stopped tanning years ago!!!

On a serious side, turning 30 DID do something to me.... I was forced to re-evaluate everything and begin a positive attitude toward the future. Actually, at 29, I had just gone through a back operation due to a fall, lost a high paying construction supt. job because of the injury, divorced a beautiful (and rich) wife...... BUT... maintaining a positive attitude was the key to landing the best job I ever had........at 31........

Turned out that at 30, life began to be in focus quite a bit more. Good luck...........

just think now younger girls think of you as an older man.

oooh probably didn't help huh? oh well, happy birthday, and don't forget to glue in the choppers before you blow out the candles.

i was 30 once, man i miss that age, not. it gets better every year, just don't let your brain catch up to your body in years and you'll be fine.

Its no bog deal. Who cares. 30, SO WHAT. What matters is your health, and how you feel.

Im a little older then you, and I feel like Im 18. So, 30 is no big deal.
