12 in a row

On my third 12 hour midnite out of 12 midnites in a row I will be working. Just love when vacation season starts. At least tonite is a double time day. Will be paid for 102 hours this week. I work in a union plant and at just under 25 an hour I wont be bitching to bad.

Thank god for F150 so at least have something to do all nite.

Sled...

Don't think I could work nights let alone 12 in a row...but your paycheck should be some compensation!! Have a good one!

Its all good sledd, a man has to do what a man has to do. If that means a little me time at work then okay you have to do it. I have been working midnites for 15 years. its the best shift, i am the boss and thats all needs be said besides peace and quiet.

I do like my midnite, like ya said buckdropper, I am the boss and no one here to complain.
My normal shift is a rotating 3,2,2 12 hour shift, 730 to 730, 36 hour and 48 hours every other week. with every other weekend being a three day weekend.
My only complaint is this long week is cutting into my side business of building custom decks. Thats where I make the real good money, just wish it lasted more than 4 or 5 months a year.
