I was bringing my 11-year-old son (and fellow Ford truck guy) home from baseball practice the other day. It was really nice outside and we had the windows down in my F-150 FX4 as we pulled up to a light next to a fully pimped out red Chevy Avalanche. My son looks out the window at it, then turns to me and says, “Dad, it’s pretty tough to make one of those things look any uglier, but that guy seems to have succeeded.” What could I say? I took him out for an ice cream. That’s my boy!

He's great kid. You should have been there a little later when we pulled up beside a Cadillac Escalade EXT. (Yes, it was a banner day for fugly vehicles.) Brandon asked me what the heck it was. I replied, “That’s what you get when you park a Pontiac Aztec next to an Avalanche overnight.”

 

I know I'm going to regret responding to this and opening a can of retribution upon myself but, I want to be honest with you.

That story bothered me for some reason.

 

I didn't know I could get retribution in a can. Do the sell a "Large Economy Size?)

 

Heck yeah, I think Burt told me once he's been buying the "Ultra Family Pack".

I dont know whats better, that or one of the L owner's gf telling some guy "That whine is HP, you wouldn't know anything about it." I am hanging out with the wrong ppl.

well, i've got no kids as of yet (and hopefully for the next couple years), but that's one to be proud of...no matter what child and family services says J/K...keep it up, looks like you're doin a great job...ridin in an FX4 and laughing at chevy's
