I never like to buy to own. Short term leases every time. That way I only pay for the part of the depriciation I use and then get rid of them before really expensive problems start. Guarenteed to always keep me in something new, my payments low, and if I end up in something I don't like I know Ill just be able to walk away with no obligations sooner rather than later.

I had my GF read three pages into that thing and she must have said "oh my god" about 30 times. At least now I look like a saint compared to that guy! It also helped distract her from harping on me about marriage
