AC and CD problems!
I have two problems with my truck:
1. The AC unit is blowing hot air. This has happened every year for the past 3 or 4 yrs, and I've always had it serviced under warranty. HOWEVER, the warranty has expired, and I tried recharging it with the R 134 Freon from WalMart to no avail. What can I do now?
BESIDES taking it to the dealership. What could the problem be? I'm sure it's just low (or has no) freon, being that was the previous problem.
2. The 6 cd changer won't eject OR play my CDs...it says "CDDJ error" when I tried to play my CD, and the changer won't eject when I press the eject button. It is NOT an in-dash changer but it is located in the console between the driver and passenger seats. Does anyone know what it'll cost to replace the changer? Or what can I do to fix this?

so if you had this repaired every year, apparently the techs have not been fixing it, only patching up the problem.
So go back and look at the paperwork. What exactly have they done to rerpair the truck? If it's freon top up, you probably have a leak in the system. I don't think you should be needing a complete freon fill every year.

Check your last repair warranty. If it was under the whole truck warranty you still may have the repair warranty from last work done. My A/c was warrantied for 12 mo. 12,000 miles from date of repair. I didn't need it but my Service Advisor pointed it out to me because he knew my New car warranty was ready to expire.
Good Luck,
Good Luck,
Exactly, check when the last repair was done. Your truck may be out of warranty but that repair may not and is still covered.
Otherwise, raise some sh@t about how many times you brought it in, obviously they haven't been doing something right...
