Here's a 4.5 minute vid of the coolest shifter cart I've ever seen. (Takes a couple minutes with a cable modem to download.) I believe it has a GSX-R 1000 in it. A Gixxer cart! Blip the throttle in any gear and it gets sideways. It would definately give an L a run for the money. :-) Check it out.

ive seen this before, that looks like a ridiculous amount of fun. I wonder what it would do in the quarter if it could go high speeds.

 

It's got an old GSX-R1100 air-cooled motor in it...maybe 115-120hp, not the 150hp or so GSX-R1000 motor.

 

You're probably right about the engine, but whatever it has in it, any more horsepower and it would be uncontrolable. Looks like it needs a pretty gentle throttle application as it is. Would love to drive it, however. Bet those back tires don't last very long. :-)
