How'd you take that pic, timing and all? Assuming you took it.

 

digital video camera with built in memory stick.. hit pause to stop the tape then go forward or backward frame by frame till i get to the one i want & hit the photo button. it transfers the image to the memory stick.. it was easier than starting up adobe premier & making a movie.. lol
