Hey fat people, get off your @#$

It really is getting sad that laws like this have to be written. Its called self control people. Love the Dems quotes in this article, really shows who thier special interest group is.

Just like them goofy liberals pitting one group against the other, now the liberals are pitting the fat people against the skinny people…

Will it ever stop? Can we not produce enough Kleenex for all the crying liberals?

I think I'll sue the Concrete industries before the Rupublican Congress exempts them from lawsuits too!!!

I think constant travel over the expansion joints on the nations highways has caused my latent kidney and prostate problems in recent years.

I know, some of you are going to tell me to "go pi$$ up a rope", well, if I could do that I wouldn't be suing the Concrete industries now would I?

Ridiculous and frivolous legislation, let's get those boys and girls in Washington back in the real world, take away their retirement nest eggs and put them on social security where they belong.

Restaurant line of defence..

Mrs. Double Wide squeezes through the door and steps up tp counter.

" I would like that new Mc 100 pounder. I love them so much I could eat one everyday"

Mc Cashier hearing this punches in Mrs. Double Wide's order on the key pad along with the possible law suit key after hearing her desire to eat one dailey.

By pressing the anti law suit key he specifies to Mc loyal burger flipper in back, that Mrs. Double Wides Mc 100 pounder is to receive the special spicey hot cat urine mustard. Thus garranteeing Mrs Double Wide wont want to be eating one them everyday now.

People take responsibility for their actions.
Tax money and time not wasted on frivolous lawsuits in the courts.

The horrors and unspeakable atrocities in those to ideas .... whats everything comming to?

Seriously though, this has to be my favorite:
"Only with this Republican leadership would an effort to promote personal responsibility begin with allowing companies to be irresponsible without accountability," said Rep. Rosa DeLauro, D-Conn.

Just goes to show that Rep. Rosa DeLauro, D-Conn. Is a complete moron with absolutely no common sense or any logic whatsoever. It has NOTHING to do with companies being “ill responsible” it has to do with stupid people in general who can not take care of themselves and want to depend on the government to wipe their messy faces and clean their butt after taking a crap.

This is how the democrats would love to see America, poor and uneducated because then they could rule the way they would love to rule and with in 5 years America would go from a Super Power to a third world nation, even worse off then France…

runnert, that is a good one.

We laugh now but just wait, there is goin to be things happening because of that news. Look at the fight over SUVs and all the suits against tobaco. Radicals will take this serious, and lawyers will be looking for that next cash cow.

Be glad Ford had the forsight to build the new F150 with the future lower bumper standard. Chevy and Dodge will have to both redesign their trucks in the next couple years to comply so we dont keep killing all those inocent people with our massive trucks.

Is it possible to start your own country?

There is a simple answer to this problem, another law. Bar tenders are prohibited by law (don’t know if it is across the country) from serving someone a drink that has obviously had too much.

So, we create a law for all fast food, or any place you can buy junk food that prohibits the people selling or serving any junk food to those that are obviously overweight.

When those that are overweight complain we tell them to go see their “self appointed” lawyers…

This would be great and how I can make my multimillion dollars to retire on. I will have a black market for junk food, pies, cakes, Big Mac’s etc. Whatever the demand and I will sale it to them on the black market…

”Here tubby, tubby, don’t this Big Mac and supersized fries look good?”

Yeah we started in1776, but it sure has been goin to hell as of lately. I just wish for the good old days when the majority ruled.
Now its to much about me.

01 XLT , just wait, am sure we will be seeing new taxes on fat foods. Wont want a law, to much tax revenue to be made there. Just like smokes, sure thet kill, but we need the money.
