Isn't there something else far more important going on in your country right now, you all should talk about. :o
Don't you know that American's are a bunch of prudes. If you compliment the wrong person on how they look here, you could find yourself at the unemployment line or in court. We don't have red light districts where we can go and see every form of depravity being performed openly for all to see. Prostitution is illegal. Is there any wonder we react the way we do, to a celebrity flashing us during the largest television event of the year? We're a bunch of sexually repressed psychopaths. It's a wonder we don't just go out and kick the living ***** out of some third world dictator just to blow off a little steam and sexual frustration every now and then..... Ooooops!

i like how the local news (normally dont watch, home 1/2 day sick) is blowing it way out of proprtion, last week all i saw in the paper was about the playboy party, how the out of town strippers had overloaded the liscensing office and i think one day was a break down of all the gentelmens entertainment places. i have great eyes and i saw it, it was a blur and i turned to my wife and said, did i just see that?

I think it was disrespectful to all the parents out there with kids watching the superbowl. But hey, this is the jackson family we are talking about.

i personally dont have anything against it. the superbowl is supposed to be something the entire family can watch, including young kids. i think the whole halftime show was not too family oriented. rap....cmon, its not for kids. kid rock was part of the problem, which was his music. he sung about hookers, alcohol and drugs. that isnt for kids. look at the olympics, there is no problem with the music they have for opening/closing. these days a show watched by families cant have any controversy. with no controversy they have the problem "what is appropriate for a child, but will keep the interest of an adult". not an easy task. its a problem now and its always gonna be a problem as long as people keep changing over time.

but, i guess michael isnt the only boob in the family anymore...

I watched our six oclock news in the breakroom at work while on lunch tonight. For about the first 10 minutes, that is all they talked about. They showed that replay over and over again. Of course if was blurred out. I missed it live last night and this was the first time I had seen it actually happen. They must have showed that clip at least 20-25 times during the news for that hour. When I went back to work, I was actually sick of seeing it.

Bluf I have heard of.
They are quite popular here.
Not quite my style but their music sounds ok.

Blof doesn't ring a bell to me.
Are they from Holland?

O, searched for their website.
You pronounce their name as Bluf here but you write it like Blof with a forward slash thru the letter O.

http://www.blof.nl

Their drummer got killed a couple of years ago.
On his motorcycle, he collided with a car which was turning on the road. Sad.

Are you a fan of them?

I don't think the point is that the breast was shown. The point is that if something of that nature was going to happen parents should have been warned. I don't like my daughter watching stuff like that (yeah she's young, but kids pick up stuff quicker than some people realize). Its hard enough to censor what Roni is watching when they give me warnings (the rating system). She watches a lot of toon Disney & Noggin (channel geared towards toddlers).

Just this mother's opinion. Hell, I won't watch Sex in The City while she's awake (or anything else that may have strong sexual references/images).

Hell, I wouldn't watch Sex in the City while "I" was awake...

I know what you're saying, but parents shouldn't have to be warned. It's not HBO... I personally think someone just needs to bitch-slap Just In Timberlake on prime time TV, and I'll feel better...

F150Europe, I haven't heard very much they have to offer, but I liked what little I've heard. The song I like the most is called "Harder dan ik hebben kan". I've got a live version I really like that supposedly has Candy Dulfer playing sax. I heard the studio version, and it just wasn't the same... any chance you could tell me where I could find an english translation of the lyrics?

thanks...

Yeah it wasn’t really what was shown... It was who it was shown to. I didn’t even see it. I was watching the game, and the halftime show, I just missed that split second. I was watching the game with a room full of adults, and a few people did see it. It has been on the news and the radio all day.
It's not really what was shown, because you can see similar stuff on MTV all the time can't you? It's the fact that it was shown when it was shown, to who it was shown... I think it was a stunt on Jackson's part and people are saying she hopes it helps her CD sales. I don't see how that can help her. I think it can only get her in hot water for planning that kind of a stunt. It was obvisosly planned.
