Did you see that too???
I heard that MTV put together the halftime show this year & that they probably won't be doing it again because the network (CBS) has gotten so many complaints about that (& other) stuff. I personally didn't see it because I only watched the part with Kidd Rock on it (which thankfully is all my 2 year old watched as well, she loves Kidd). Stunts like that ruin the family atmosphere, save that for the awards shows (I don't watch them either).

on KROQ someone made a good point that they were probably trying to strip her down to something very revealing with a quick breakaway outfit, but it didn't work. only one breast was shown. that's why Timberlake said it was "a costume malfunction." Whatever though. It was staged, that's for sure.
BTW, at the link above Drudge Report has a very close up pic that shows the nipple thing was a piercing, not a pasty. take a look at their link.

"I'll get you naked by the end of this song," sang performer Justin Timberlake, moments before he ripped off Jackson's top, exposing a bare breast
Nice close-up by the way.
There was one link on that site that mentioned about the fans turning violent after the game.
Why would they turn violent when their team won? I know they are celebrating the victory but why turn to vandalism and killing people? To me that is just selfish and immature.
BOSTON (Reuters) - At least one person was killed when a motorist plowed a vehicle into a crowd of revelers after the New England Patriots' 32-29 victory over the Carolina Panthers in Super Bowl XXXVIII, Boston police said on Monday.
The driver, Stanley Filoma, backed his sport utility vehicle down a crowded street near Northeastern University and struck at least four people before driving away, police spokeswoman Mariellen Burns said. One person was killed while another was in critical condition at a nearby hospital.
Filoma was one of four people arrested overnight in Boston, where hundreds of rowdy fans overturned cars, broke windows, set fires and pelted police with bottles and other objects following the Patriots' second Super Bowl victory in three years.
The 24-year-old motorist was due to be arraigned later on Monday in court on charges of motor vehicle homicide while operating under the influence, leaving the scene of an accident and other violations, Burns said.

It was planned.
MTV's website had a pre-super bowl story about promising "Shocking Moments". I read the MTV story earlier this morning, but now it's gone.
Here's what showed up in a Google search of "janet super bowl":

I saw it. They were all up against each other during his little song. It definitely was planned. The sad part is Janet Jackson bared more skin on Cbs, than her Hbo concert about a year ago. What is this world coming to.
it was an accident. one of my good friends was a dancer for that and did all the practices with justin and janet. they practices and she was supposed to have some lacey thing underneath that was accidentally torn off also. the thing that wasnt shown on tv was justin taking off his jacket and covering janet up.
the funny thing is justin was saying he would have her naked before the show was over.
the sad thing is people were calling the Houston Police Department and demanding that justin and janet be arrested for indecent exposure on worldwide tv

i think they are gonna get charged for some stuff with that move too. on all the news previews are saying "will justin and janet get charged for flashing janets breast during halftime", if they mention that, then there will be charges. news will be on in a few minutes and ill post the charges.
no charges as of yet.
FCC is launching an investigation but the district attorney said they broke no local or state laws. the possible charge for justin was sexual assault and for janet public lewdness. according to the DA there is no law in texas against a woman exposing her breast in public. also said there was no signs of sexual assault on justins part.
so for now, they are off the hook legally, but lets see what the FCC finds

I don't really care one way or the other. America just needs to calm down, it's a tit, everyone at some point has seen or suckled one. MTV wants shock, and America is giving it. Calm down, and they'll stop doing such stunts. It's just like when trolls come on here. Ignore it, and it goes away... If they get charged so be it, if not, so be it. I know I don't have any kids, and I don't think it was appropriate, but they wanted to be something great...
I'm surprised anyone saw it. The only people who would have cared to see a tit (heterosexual males, and homosexual females) turned it off as soon as Just In Timberlake showed up... I don't know anyone that saw it other than my GF...
As for it being an accident, IMHO BS. Why would she have an elaborate nipple decoration when she was going to be dancing around on stage under tight clothing? Got to be uncomfortable... and why would the lacy underthing be cut just like the removeble black piece?
I'd like to see the video if anyone knows where I could find it. I saw the closeup... it's nothing great. I've seen better...

Isn't there something else far more important going on in your country right now, you all should talk about.
God forbid Americans wake up and see all the shenanigans that happen in D.C. everyday.
