Thumbs up

Way to go!!!! I stopped about 17 years ago after about 15 years. smoked my last and never looked back. I had asthma at the time and still do.Keep up the good work!! Here's the best reason, a work collegue of mine just passed away tast Thursday. He was 61 years old, and had smoked all of his life. He retired two years ago and before the first three months were over he was in the hospital to have most of his jaw removed from mouth cancer from smoking. Now add that to your new mantra and yo wil do just fine. Glood Luck. Jon
