highest insurance rates by state

The Most Expensive States for Auto Insurance


District of Columbia

New Jersey

Massachusetts

New York

Connecticut

Delaware

Nevada

Rhode Island

Louisiana

Arizona...........this is from 1 to 10 top being worst............go fla!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'd be interested to see "cities" listed instead of "states"...

Lost Angeles has got to be way up there, if not the worst.

2600 a year for me (full coverage) with no tickets or accidents ever here in ky, im hoping it will go down when i turn 25.

I pay $700/year full coverage for my 03 Screw.
$600/year full coverage for my wifes 00 Concorde.
$200/year full coverage for my 02 Glastron.

Not to bad in comparison to others here. So im guessing MT must be one of the cheapest??

I pay $816 a year for $100,000/$300,000 (full coverage) with $200/$500 deductibles…

Deductibles can, in some instances greatly affect your insurance premiums…

I'm not surprised New Jersey is #2. I thought Hawaii would be #1 though.

My insurance is cheap $900/year for full coverage on the Lightning with 1 million dollar liability and just the liability on a Ranger 4X4.

New Jersey Manufacturers rules!

My boat insurance is almost as expensive
