Back in my high-school days, if you wanted to be ultra cool, you had to have the following:

* Levis red tab jeans and matching jean jacket (the poor kids had GWG)
* Adidas sneakers (adidas had 3 stripes, the poor kids had North Stars, and they had 2 stripes) It was not uncommon for "those" kids to draw an extra stripe on their sneakers to trick us.
( I would bet that guys who put those L badges on their XL trucks had GWG jeans and North Start sneakers in high school)

* Oh yeah, you also must have an Adidas gym bag, any other no name brand was not good enough and would get you laughed at and branded.

Life was simple back then, today people get their nipples peirced, big *** belt buckles with skulls, and who knows what else.

Ozzy's guitar players are always top-notch, and I have to disagree with Apocalypse, I love every album Ozzy ever made, and his actual WORST ones were in the mid-eighties (The Ultimate Sin, for example), but they're still musically complex, more than most other artists, even in the same genre. No one has songs that are more structured than Ozzy's, not guitar-wise, anyway.

Great thread........ and Habibi is da'man...........

Ozzy sucks....... just simply an example of just how *******ed up you can make your life with drugs.........

I'm also with Habibi about this damn rap crap....... it seems that young people have adapted everything minorities use for attention to themselves......... sloppy dress, britches belted below their butt, datt'hoe this and dat'hoe that, trashed vehicles........

I understand "melting pot" of a nation but some of us will never "melt" into it.........

Give me classic rock...............

Well this new rap now and days is trash, too commercial and pop.
Take it back a few years and that is true rap. I am not one to down any ones music taste for everyone has a different boat to float.
