Ahh, finals. I took two final tests today in Electronics. The first one was a Digital Electronics test, and I aced it with a 100%. Second test was an Electronics Math test, and I made an 80%. It figures, because I was never any good at Math. I have to take a final test tommorrow morning for Microprocessors. I think I'll do pretty good on it. Out of five classes, I know I've made four A's so far. I just hope I do good on my test tommorrow and then I may just make all A's for the second semester in a row. Finals are a headache. That's for sure.

 

Hmm, not sure where Bixby is.

 

After your lead in I was expecting to see biology in your list of classes! (I'm was relieved to see you weren't making a bad pun)

 

Down in Twain National Forest generally... which makes it increasingly difficult... the US Forest Service can be a pain to deal with... tis life though.

With him having an MS (or soon to have), I'm going to defer all future rock questions to someone that has far more edjewkatshun than I. I just have a piddly BS... and, well, yeah, I'm full of it too.

Yeah, I've just got one of those piddly BSs right now, too. As far as the MS goes, I doubt it will have anything to do w/ rocks - more likely some sort of environmental concern. maybe I can do my thesis on the environmental contamination around 01XLTs house.

 

Yes! I aced my microprocessors final with a 100%! I found out I made an A in Math, and Digital for sure. Not sure about Fluid Power but it's either an A or a B. I just hope I get all A's. That would be nice, but I can settle with one B. Ohhh, the torment!

 

Here's how my grades went down this semester:
Annotated Bibliography (25% of final grade) - A-
Proposal (25% of final grade) - A+ (I had never had one of these before)
Final Paper (50% of final grade)- A

Class Grade - A

We turned the papers in on Friday, and he had them graded by Monday!

Just got done with the Cost Acct test and Stat test. I showed the Stat test what the real P-value is.

oh, did I mention FREE PANCAKES!!!!!!!!!!!!!! thats right lady and gents, free pancakes from 10-1 everynight in the Worlds largest Student Union.

 

Free pancakes? Shoot, all I got was a free Hi-C and an Oreo. The staff at my school put that stuff on a small table with a sticker on it that said " Here's your free cookie and drink, better re-energize for the finals because you'll need it." LOL. How's that for support?

 

I only had the one class - I think you have to have more than one class to be on the Dean's list...

I work 40+ hrs a week, and am just going to pick my way through one course per semester. A MS only requires about 30hrs of credits, and a lot of those are related to the thesis. I figure I should be done in 4-5 yrs.

They provide food and drink now? I never had any food provided - I had to pay for my Mt. Dews and Pop-Tarts!
