I don't know if owned is the right phrase to use here. Becuase this guy didn't get owned. Im ny passed expericance you usually get owned by a person or something of the such, not an inanimate object. The paint really didn't do anything, other then what the law of physics tells it to, so, IMHO he wasn't own3d.
