Just letting you guys know that we won conference. I don't know the final score, but we won by the hairs on our chin(and we shave last night, so they're very tiny)

Now IF we win disctricts, it'll be the first time THS has swept both CCC and Districts Would be awesome to finish my HS career off like that.

Did I forget that one of our divers got DQ'd and we still won(he should have got 1st, and gave us a 40pt lead, instead we started 25pts behind)

Remember these days man... they're the best ones of your life. I remember loosing in state semi-finals in sudden death OT my senior year like it was yesterday... sure, it sucked and I remember the pain but, I wouldn't give up the memories for all the new $20's on this earth... well... maybe I would but, nonetheless, they're damn good memories.

That's awesome joe. I wrote this to you in my reply to the "u wanna wash again" thread but just in case you don't read that one.....

My son that is in the "u wanna wash again" thread is doing year round swim team and started coming into his own last year. He's started talking about wanting to life guard when he gets a little bit older. I never knew anything about competition swimming until he started 4 years ago, but now I realize how hard and how big winning conference is. Congratulations again!

No never got around to seeing it! LOL yeah that's exactly how I started. I was swimming for two years then I decided I wanted to LG, of course I was only 14 at the time. SO I had to wait another year, and I finally became a LG Then HS season came around, and we placed 2nd my freshmen year. OF course I sucked then. We won CCC my soph year, I helped a little. Then came last year we placed 2nd once again, but I played a bigger role. Finally this year came and I was apart of one of the winning relays. I didn't do too bad in my events either, but I personally think they sucked. Oh well, on to districts.
