Well.......I had to use the Ford to fix the Chevy today.
Well not quite a "Chevy", but a GM product none the less. It's my '89 Pontiac LeMans. That was my old winter car, but since I got the truck, I don't need the car anymore. So, I put it up for sale (selfless plug: $500 bucks if you're inerested). Well, it had been sitting for about 5 months and I needed to move it (I live in an apartment complex).
Well, the emergency brake locked up on it, and the battery died. Well, I finally pushed it hard enough to unlock them, but I still couldn't get it started. I pulled the Ford around, and hooked up the jumpers on the car. I let the car charge while I
The car started up fine after about 10 minutes.
Thanks Ford.
Sure, any car with a battery "could" have done it, but there is no one here - just me, the F-150, and the LeMans. With out the truck, I would have been screwed (until the g.f got home anyways).
