Drive Carefully and Think... Please Read

http://www.helpjacqui.com/Intro_02.htm

There are some pictures you may find disturbing in there so those of you who are squeamish or sensitive just skip it.

I found this on another board and feel that it has become especially relevant after Tundra's sudden death. Although I know his accident was unrelated to drunk driving, and the great majority of you are careful and responsible, please watch yourselves out there, lots of people have a complete disregard for human life and the consequences of their actions. We don't want to lose someone that didn't have to die needlessly.

Sorry to depress you guys with it, just thought it was worth sharing.

edited to update link, old one wasnt working anymore.

Sometimes it takes a someones elses tragedy to make an impact on others....but it takes true courage to do something like that.

Those are really powerful images.

I hope everyone gets the message. Let's all enjoy our rides and our drinks, just not together.

My wife's grandmother lives in Austin, and one weekend about a year ago we were down there visiting when she showed us an article in the Austin American Statesman on this young woman. Evidently, the newspaper keeps up with her and her progress. It is a real eyeopener and a horrifically sad story. The heart and courage displayed by this young woman in her efforts to recover are absolutely unbelievable. Man, do we take a lot for granted!
