First thing I did was scroll all the way down..............BIG MISTAKE!!!

I am now in about as much shock as when I saw the Daniel Pearl decapitation for the first time...............

I will be the first to admit that I have been guilty on more than one occasion of getting behind the wheel when I shouldn't have.........I haven't done so in years, and didn't plan on either.........and after seeing this thread, it makes that all the more certain.

My heart goes out to all those who have lost someone, or have someone in the same state as that girl. I become quite disgusted with myself knowing that on a few occasions, I put myself in a situation in which I myself could have caused something like that.

Matias................that was a DEEP eye opener...........good post.

I know it's pretty depressing and not something fun to see, but if it can keep another member here with us longer, or anyone that stumbles onto it from making a big mistake, then at least she won't have suffered for nothing. Even if you're somebody who doesn't drink, just remember others are not as careful as you, you have to watch out. After what she's been through, you have to applaud her courage for stepping forward and trying to prevent a similar fate from befalling others.

To her courage to live and press forward that I fear I would not have given the same situation

If you think the photos are powerful, you should see the commercial she filmed.

God bless her - she will save some lives and change some lives because of her courage.

That is a powerful message. Sure gave me pause to think. Should be required watching in every driver education course. Thanks for posting.
