Welcome back!

I knew you wouldn't be able to stay away for too long. I didn't have the internet for about a week a while back, and I went crazy not being able to see what was going on. When I finally could get back on, it took me awhile to catch up on my reading.

Thanks for welcoming me back everyone. Yeah, it was rough not being able to be here for a while. But the depression just got the best of me. But it's all good now. I feel much better. Thank God for meds!

The depression is back. I can't stand it anymore. Went to the doc yesterday and he increased my anti-depressant medicine. It seems like there's no end. One minute I'm fine and the next minute...well there's no point in trying to explain. But I'm not leaving this time. By God, this is something I'm going to deal with, and whip it's freakin' a$$!

Peace:

Stand, young man, as a lighthouse stands
At the crest of a raging sea,
With a beacon light
On a moonless night
While the winds shriek mightily.

Moor yourself to a towering rock
Of truth and equity;
Be a reference guide
On the other side
Of the shoals of anarchy.

Hold your own when the going thing
On the tide of a mortal throng,
Is to play with shame
In a reckless game
Of ignoring right and wrong.

Stand, young man, as a lighthouse stands
On the edge of a railing sea;
With your head held high,
With a fog horn cry,
Leading on to victory.

Not my words, they were written by Moses Hochstetler and dedicated to his son.

DO NOT GIVE UP
DO NOT GIVE IN
NEVER EVER SURRENDER

Every time you see an F150 flash your lights and wave because you have over 40,000 friends watching over you.

peacemaker,

i have never directly spoken to you via the boards, but i have read your updates here.

you offer advice to people and you bring something to the plate. you are a benefactor, a giver. i would think that is a trait in you.

that is a good trait. that is what this world needs, people that give a crap about people. who knows what the source of your depression is, and its not the matter for an open discussion on some website, but just know that there are people here who value you & your opinions.

times change, circumstances change & people change. try and roll with it. sometimes its not pretty, but there are times things are just beautiful. i hope you tackle what ails you, and i hope to see your name popping up on threads in the future.
