True, depending on age in some states you don't need a title to sale it. When I was enduro racing I would buy cars for like $200 no title, just a hand writting receipt, take it to the track and beat the holy sh*t out of it...

 

hmmmmmmmmm, go around at night, knock on doors, if no answer, steal the cars in the driveway for parts
