The new and improved f150online bouncing chick. I prefer blonds over pink haired girls, added on the f150online instead of ford as well.

All kidding aside and may I say so one more time, all I was arguing for was the original lady with the Ford logo to be acceptable on the forum. Hopefully, that will come to pass.

Unfortunately, there are too many people here that have demonstrated that they are not mature enough to respect our request to stop using that animation. The bottom line is this, several people reported to us that they felt it was inappropriate, and that was enough for us to make the decision to ask people not to use it.
We have to draw the line somewhere and if more than just a handful of people find it inappropriate, it has to go. Personally, I do find it inappropriate and I don't think it belongs on a site that I would want children to see. Is this the only inappropriate thing posted on the forums? Probably not, but Doug and I don't have the bandwidth to read each and every post, and must rely upon our fellow members to report things to us.

Thanks for your response. I am sorry my thread got hijacked and I am sure you know I did not intend for that to happen but it does now and again.
Always have and always will support your right to determine content based on your own feelings and input from others but I really feel that Bouncing Betty Ford is pretty tame, cute and at least in her first rendition, about Fords.
I do not, repeat do not, suggest you do this but I would bet if you took a poll on the original image there would be more votes to keep it than to kill it and further if you included the option "don't care one way or the other" that would get the most votes. In a sense, I was expressing my "pro" opinion in my original post same as it seems others have expressed their "con" opinion directly to you or Doug.
As regards the hijackers, I guess it is boys will be boys time. I enjoy the back and forth with all of them. Probably a bit of overkill but also probably not really trying to be obnoxious, just playing around.
Well anyway, seems I am outvoted, so to say, on this one but at least I managed the save the gif this time so I can use it elsewhere.
