Well - jumped on the scale here at work and it registers a 7 lb loss, so its definatley working now!

Brotherdave - Yeah, thats what I'm afraid off. I keep thinking that I'll binge on donuts in a couple weeks and gain back everything I lost. But I have a plan. I'm going to drop the weight in the two weeks of induction, them slowly introduce carbs into my system as I try the Body for Life diet (which sound like your diet). That way I'll slowly lose weight, yet be able to eat like a human should.

I never knew how addicted to food I was until now. I've been thinking about pizza, beer, and burgers more than sex now!
Of course if I keep eating like that, I'll lose all of my privleges anyway.

ive lost 20 pounds in 3 weeks... it is hard to get used to, but as others have said, you get used to it.

i usually have one cheat day a week, and after looking forward to nachos, it wasn't as good as i remembered it to be

i use the advantage bars for a snack, eat lots of meat, etc. if you have an in n out burger near you, you can order protein burgers. they wrap the burger in lettuce instead of bread.

it works. if you can tolerate induction longer than two weeks, do it. you'll keep dropping weight quickly.
