I'm debating on trading in my 01 XLT Sport for an 03 XLT sport. Can anybody talk me in or out of doing this? My 01 is at 35K miles, and I'm about even with it money wise. The engines are the same (4.2) both 5 speed, both 3.55 ratio, 01 is red, 03 is silver. The 03 has a limited slip, tow package, rear slider. The only thing I'm not thrilled about is the 03 comes with 40/60 power seats instead of my 01's captain's chairs and console.

There is some good factory $ right now, and I have x plan.

Any thoughts?
