This could be the same car at Italian Car day in August of 02. Not many Lambo Diablos around here. I know of this one and one other that I have another pic of.
As a PCA instructor, I can tell you that he lifted/applied brakes, and possibly corrected. A lift at high speed alone could do this. Never lift in Turn 12. Those of you who have never been there cannot appreciate how steep it is. Just like Laguna Seca, you gotta see it to believe it.
Cheers,

One thing is for sure, that car is going to be in the repair stall for an extended period of time.

I only live 4 minutes from this track and have been there many times.
As you drive by the track on HWY 53 you can see the top of the hill and the bridge. Also if you are driving away from I-85 to the track you can see the part of turn one and the hill leading up from it to turn two. Some people have wrecked (badly) infront of the track trying to watch cars go under the bridge and down the hill.
I think I read somewhere that the drop from the bridge to the bottom for T-12 is about 5 stories or around 70 feet!
