The guys at the gun store couldn't even figure out what all the new laws meant. Not sure on the shotgun. I know if I stick a german made magazine in my HK-91 it is illegal because it counts as three parts made in a different country. Slap in my thermold magazine and I am legal. Has to have so many American made parts to be legal.
