they(the police) busted some guy in Richardson that was poising as a Vice-President of Ford,who was sending letters on Ford letter heads to parts distributers asking for support of charitable projects that helped inner-city kids restore antique cars to keep them off the street...he ended using those to restore HIS mustang and fairlane and stock tens of thousands of dollars of parts for vintage cars...they were showing H/P heads for 289's and other vintage ford parts that he had aquired over the last several years
