350 Lariat loss delivery

350 Lariat loss delivery

Hi all,
New to this forum. NEED HELP BAD. They lost my truck. 2105 350 Lariat build, purchased Sept 28th, promised delivery by end of Nov. Since purchase they haven't been able to tell me where the truck is. I have the vin # so I guess its out there some where between Tennessee and Massachusetts. Ford dealer keeps telling me they can't track it except that it is built and left the factory. They blame the delay on lack of rail cars to transport. No confirmations from either Ford Dealer Owners or Ford Motor Co as to where it is.
Does any of this sound plausible or are they bull crapping me ? What other options do I have ? My first finance payment comes due early January 2015.
