Are there any recalls and such on 99 F250 V10s? I've got a 1999 F-250 SD Ext Cab XLT 4x4 short bed w/auto and V10. About 65,000 miles on it. Just a bit curious if there were.

There was one recal I can remember. Ford needed to add special cable straps to hold the bed on the frame during a collision. To see if you have it, look under the truck, through the rear fenderwell will do. You should see a cable about the size of a battery cable bolted to the frame and it goes through the bed supports.
