Anyone running a V10-6speed?

I was wondering if any of you guys had a V10 with a 6-speed?

I've been trying to find one at a local dealer to test drive but they all have auto-trans.

Any comments?

Sorry - can't help you . Auto tranny here as well, and I don't recall seeing anyone mention this combo. Maybe someone will turn up with it and be able to help you out.

As someone who perfers driving a manual transmission, I would suggest that you just special order the truck if you really want to buy it. All of the heavy duty trucks around here are automatics. The six speed would probably be better on your gas mileage, and it would cost a little less than the automatic.

V10 six speed...wow

The ZF-6 is a little different of a trans then what you would think..It is a heavy duty trans..with no quick shifting...Its a big truck trans that shifts hard, rough, and slow...Not good for performance shifting..An auto will kill it...as it keeps the revs up..
