Thumbs up

Milage on these powerstrokes can be all over the place!! Even compairing alike trucks and you'll get varying fuel milage. Check out www.ford-diesel.com there you'll find surveys that have asked that very same question with LOTS of answers.

I noticed you're in Winston-Salem!!! We, diesel owners, are getting together in Raleigh at the State Fairgrounds on Aug 3. You're very welcome to come by and talk with us about how we like our trucks. I know at least 3 of us will be camping overnight at the fairgrounds with our trailers. So look for the diesels that are in the camping section there. That's where we're all getting together. My truck is dk green, w/ unaFORDable on the tailgate, you cant miss it. One of the reasons we're all getting together is to talk about different upgrades we've tried and how we like them.

The nearby dealer I went to had a few F250 diesels in stock. One out of six was manual . And the best mileage I saw was 16HWY for the manual, and 13 for the automatic. But they do vary, you are correct.

Right at 20 mpg, and I haven't even started tuning for fuel mileage..mid 9's in the 1/8...Not bad for 7000 truck...
BTW--there is no window sticker for the FUEL MILEAGE on the diesels..
