Headlights.. Daytime

Probably. My 2005 King Ranch F150 did not have Daytime Running Lights (DRLs) either. I found out that Ford made a DRL module (a small box that I installed under the driver's side dashboard). It was fairly expensive, somewhere around $80 as I recall and there were about seven wires I had to connect.
The installation process was a bit tedious, but I was able to do it without damaging anything and the lights functioned perfectly. The instructions that came with the module were reasonably clear.
Additionally, having them reduced my insurance premiums, so if you do this, make sure you tell your insurance company.
In my new 2014 F150, I had the DRL feature activated with a dealer flash to the ECM. It was about $50 and, of course, no trouble at all.
