Dash swap

I have a 2000 excursion and I got a 2005 f250 dash how hard will it be to swap over. And can I only do the lower half or center with the switches and all.

Remove and replace. Will be a direct fit minus the brackets on the metal frame for the radio. Did my 04 with the 05-07 lariat dash and took about 6hrs with breaks.
