Nice truck.....you'll find out weather your empty, towing, hauling that v10 will always get 10-12 mpgs.....

If i get the 10mpg towing a travel trailer i will be happy. Seems like most guys towing travel trailers with their f150's are getting 9 to 12 mpg, so the v10 getting the same mileage with more hp and torque seems like a winner to me.

 

anybody else have these 2 little flashing lights under the rearview mirror? The truck is locked. When unlocked it doesnt do it.

 

My 2000 doesn't have those lights...

 

Alarm?

 

I dont think it has a aftermarket alarm... I have the regualar ford key fob and it works fine. Can there be a after market alarm that works with the ford remotes?

 

My truck came with one stock like that.

 

yea my Fiddy came with a dealer installed (silver level) alarm that ties into factory keyless entry remote system. Mine is a single LED under the dash, near the hood release handle.
