Sounds like a plan. I would get the 4.30's if you are thinking about larger tires.

 

I traded this spring from a 1999 F150 4x4 with a 5.4L to a 1999 F250 SD 4x4 Crew Cab and I am so happy The V10 has the power for pulling the my boat with no problem, no hunting when on cruise and my mpg's are actually running at or better then with the 5.4. I haven't done a whole to help either. I have a K&N filter in it and dual exhaust. I never thought my V8 was doggy but I sure notice the difference now.
