Clunking noise while stopping HELP!!
Hey guys, for the last few months i have heard a clunk when i am slowing down. I can almost feel it under my feet and my guess is its from the drivers side. I have tried to fix this problem several times, changed my brakes last week and found the caliper pins were stuck in the bracket on the drivers side and i thought that was the problem, i also greased the few greasable parts while i was in there. After a few days the problem came back. I think one of the parts i greased is the problem, but i cant figure out which one. There is no noise when i turn or hit bumps, only when im slowing down, and its not everytime. If you have any ideas please post them. I am at a loss and im afraid whatever it is is going to break at the worst time. Its a 2000 F250 4x4, has add a leafs in the front and back, about 1.5-2 in higher than stock. Thanks in advance, this problem is on my mind almost all day. Jason
