Hi guys, let me tell you what I did to my truck. I have a 1999 F350 longbed with a v10 engine. I had 5 inch "Diesel stacks" installed on my with a super 44 flowmaster muffler with a highflow cat. It sounds great and looks great. The thing is, I still wanted a bedcover for my truck. So I welded a divider right behind the stacks witch now makes my bed 7 foot 4 inches long. The divider I added is from the front another superduty bed, and looks stock. Now comes my question, does any aftermarket company make custom size tonneau covers? Like tell them the size you need and they make it. I if so that would be great. Any knowledge on this guys?

 

Buy a standard length soft tonneau cover, then take it to a sail shop. Yes, the boat kind of sail shop. They will be able to shorten it for you to any length you specify.
