Spartan Does answer or return calls!!

I've been triing for almost 2 months to get hold of these guys to buy a tuner from them and now I'm done. Any company who sells a product for $1200 and cant return calls when you leave messages during business hours doesnt deserve to take my money. I also think if they cant return a call to sell a unit I could only image the customer service when something goes wrong with the tuner. This company gets an "F" in my book.

This seems to be a consistent complaint with Spartan- - just reading the forums with no first hand experience.
ronniec24- hope you are enjoying your Spartan- - everyone raves on the performance

I just order and recieved my Spartan with the DPF delete pipe. I will let you know how it works out. Just to let you know I wasnt looking for to much more HP, but better MPG. My truck is lifted an on 37" tires and I havent gotten over 9 MPG.

Wow! I have 35" Toyo Open Country M/T's and I consistently get 13 MPG around town. It sounds like you really need the DPF delete. Of course, my truck only has 3900 miles. It should "loosen up" a little once it breaks in.
