Well a V-6 manual is only rated to tow what, 3,000lbs?

Well, 3,500... but you're in the ball park...

I've never had a problem hauling anything with this truck, nor did my '99.

Everything, including the seats are back in the truck and it DOES start now.
I'm not going to retort to any of the people that think it's fake, I'll just see if I can get a copy of the parts list when it's all said and done.

hahaha - I'm sure that alot of Super Duty owners rarely haul 3500 lbs. anyway.

No peeking.

Stats of the truck:
400km on the clock, hasn't made his first payment yet. In fact this was Saturday or Sunday and he bought it Friday afternoon, and so far $5000 in parts have been ordered. No labour costs yet.

i dont get it ...the air intake is above water, and it looks as if the computer is too why would it not have started?

as for the clenliness of the truck I got my 67 stuck in a hole had to hike 3/4 of a mile to call a friend of mine on the way back we had a good fifteen min down pour and when i got back to my truck the part above the water line was as clean as if i just took it thru the car wash im not saying that this is the case but it is possible.
as for the guy driving into that situation ive seen dumber but i think that is in the top 10

So.... what cost $5000? Was it the carpet or the seats? What would you haveto replace after getting a truck wet and muddy? No one answered that before.... and no one commented about my wiring harness points... so what if the wires get wet? they aren't gonna be affected by water....

I SERIOUSLY dont see $5000 here.... unless for some stupid reason you have so much money, and you shouldnt have bought a SD in the first place & you are really prissy about your truck, that you decide to replace all the seats, carpet, console, etc just becasue it got wet...instead of just cleaning it like the rest of us. If the air intake was abouve the water there really shouldnt have been a problem.

So... what was replaced? You keep saying "parts list" this and that.... instead, why dont you start naming some parts?

Simmer Roger. I can't name parts until I get the list, of parts. Get it?
I'll ask tomorrow morning what he remembers off the top of his head, and then if they allow it, I'll get the full list on Monday.

I don't think those pictures are fake...the reflections in the water are spot on. The guy just slowly entered the puddle and when he realized how deep it was, it was too late. I feel bad for him. I can't imaging doing that to my truck.
