I have owned 3 F-150's and 2 F-250's. I can say it does cost more to own an F-250 Diesel for sure. I have a 05 F-150 from my work which I like very much. I will never go back to a gas truck. I just love the diesel engine in a truck. You always will have a truck that can do the job. I think also I just love the bigger truck. I know my truck looks like a monster comming down the road.

oh no..here it goes again!

I know folks that had a diesel and since getting their V10's they wouldn't go back... yet, they weren't into adding tuners, turbos, and such (stock vs stock with them)...it was mostly due to maintenance costs and one had serious reliability issues. To balance this last statement out my neighbor who has the 2008 PSD had the 'infamous' V10 plug prob with his 2001 and he is a diesel convert

Well...there you go abervintageman4.

The one thing that's really cool with the diesels is they have a proud following and there are many websites dedicated to them.
