Exclamation Powerstroke leaking fuel...

Hey guys, today I went to get some food, and noticed the smell of diesel from my truck was awfully strong. Went in, then came back out a minute later to get my cell phone. Saw a few drips underneath my truck. Took a closer look at my axle, and its all wet. The leak is coming from the passenger side of the motor, somewhere below the CPS. Any ideas? Pics to come soon...

Yep you got it right. The 4th pic shows the drain tube for the bowl. It takes a T10 torqs bit to get the 2 screws out. It will suck if you have large hands like me though.

Side note, the salt out there sure hasn't been kind to your truck. Heck mine isn't near that bad after living in southern MN and northern IA for 6 years. Salt sucks.

It has 4 Torx 20 screws. Put in 2 #202 O-rings, and I'm leak free.

This has been a common problem in my arear since the switch to the ULSD, as it is highly caustic to the std rubber o rings. We have been replacing them with nitrol or viton o rings.
