Pro Comp Shocks

I have a 2005 F350 6.0 Diesel 4x4 and I have SE 3000 Pro Comp shocks on the truck now but I was told that the SE 3000 shocks are too light duty for my truck and the shocks that I was told to use are SE 9000. Anybody know the difference between SE and SE shocks?

Are Fox Shocks gas? How long have you used them?

they are nitrogen gas pressurized shocks. i have had them for a few months now. they are firm, but really helped out on freeway bumps. the truck seems not as squirrely as before...
